Important Note: Applicants MUST have a verifiable portfolio to be accepted into the Directory.  The purpose of this form is to ensure QUALITY CONTROL of the Website solution providers for my readers.  I examine each application individually.  If I accept your application into the database, I am endorsing your quality, competency, and value.  Therefore, I cannot accept submissions without samples of your work.  If you are a new Web developer without experience, or if your work does not reflect the quality standards promoted in my book, please refrain from applying to the Directory.  Only submit for the service categories that you actually provide.

  Examples of Graphics Work :
* E-Commerce : Please provide 3 sample URL's of sites that you have equipped with e-commerce.
* SEO : Please provide 3 sample URL's of sites you have optimized.
  For each sample SEO site above, please specify the SEO services that you provided, targeted keywords used, etc.  (The HTML code will reviewed as part of the verification process).
* SEM : Please provide 3 sample URL's for sites that you have marketed.

  For each sample SEM site above, please specify the services you provided, including keywords, search engines used, and resulting placement information.  (The samples should be able to be found when they are verified.  Google PageRank and other attributes will be also be checked).
